She says that creating a client-focused firm is essential for law firm success as more firms implement strategic technologies into their business processes.</div> <div align="left"><br> </div> <div align="left">The ILTA session, “Understanding the Lawyer-Client Relationship,”&nbsp;delved into how today’s global business environment is creating immense pressures on the lawyer-client relationship. Panelists&nbsp;discussed how emerging practices such as RFPs, risk-sharing agreements and flat-fee pricing are changing the legal environment and will look at the increasing importance of technology in helping law firms succeed.
