• Testing – Once the new application has passed our own preliminary testing, Rafte & Company will help your firm establish a beta test group to work with the new system under normal business situations.

Rafte & Company will work with your firm to promote a clear understanding throughout the organization of the benefits associated with technology initiatives. • Training – Many law firms inadvertently waste enormous amounts of time and money on technology because training is inadequate or nonexistent. Rafte & Company can develop personalized training and reference materials as well as develop and conduct flexible training modules for your team. We also will evaluate the training initiative and recommend further training requirements, if appropriate.
  
  
• Floor Support – Rafte & Company will provide on-site support during the conversion period to ensure the new system is smoothly adapted into normal business practices with the least amount of disturbance.
